Shari Macree CNVC Certified Trainer
I am an internationally accredited trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication and my background is as a business consultant and educator for the past 15 years in key organisations such as Bridgestone, Caroma Industries, and Amtico flooring. I have trained extensively with Marshall Rosenberg, the founder of NVC.
My passion is to recognise the beauty of every human exchange and to see the gift being offered, regardless of how it is being said. NVC is the most powerful way I have found to do this.
I offer a range of programmes, specifically designed for schools, organisations (both government and commercial), and families. It is in these three areas that I personally see the most opportunity for enriching the quality of our society and supporting it to better meet our needs.
As I am experiencing repeatedly how powerful NVC is in the lives of people of all areas of life and ages, I am inspired by the power within us to create the change we want to experience in the world.
My 12-year old son, upon expressing his needs and request to a teacher, and being heard, said to me, "Mum, NVC is the best - it really works!"
