There
are also groups of friends, colleagues and neighbours who meet as a
Practice Group to study NVC.
Practice groups are starting up as often as there is interest -

PRACTICE GROUPS IN THE BYRON BAY AREA
Have you done training in Compassionate Communication (NVC / CC) and
are wanting to practise and extend your NVC skills and integrate them
into your life? The 'Cultivating Compassion' Practice group sessions are
open for casual or regular attendance by anyone who has done training in
CC / NVC. Come along for mentoring and fluency practise in a supportive
environment.
Fortnightly practice sessions:
Wednesdays 10am -12.00 | Tuesday evenings 6-8pm
Possum Creek Retreat, between Bangalow and Byron Bay, NSW.
$ 12 - $25 sliding scale payment per session. Discounts available for
block sessions.

General Practice Group - Byron Bay
Michael Bunting has kindly passed the email list and the meeting space
for his practice group to Shey and Alandra. Shey has had extensive
training in NVC in Canada, the United States and in Australia and is
passionate about NVC, Restorative Circles and NVC mediation. Alandra
has attended many NVC workshops, taught a beginner's group in 2008 and
has continued to deepen her learning with workshops and practice
groups. She is also a skilled facilitator of the Transformation Game.
Shey and Alandra will introduce various topics to deepen our
understanding and practice of NVC, and will be using material from Bay
NVC in San Francisco, where Shey had much of his training. The
intention of the group is to practice, and we will explore NVC
consciousness and would love to model NVC in our group interactions, and
create a safe and loving space and a sense of NVC community.
We ask for a donation of $15.00 per evening. If anyone is moved to
contribute more, then that would be gladly accepted and if anyone cannot
attend due to financial constraints, then we would encourage them to
contact us to discuss the situation, as we would love to encourage
everyone with an interest in NVC to attend.

Hobart
We have a few different NVC groups happening. A structured workbook
practice group, meeting weekly. An informal NVC practice group where we
use real life scenario's and an empathy practice group where we learn
and practice the skills of empathic listening. These groups all meet
