Paulette Bray-Narai
A
desire to contribute meaningfully to people’s lives led Paulette first to
complete a degree in psychology and then a diploma in education. She has
experience teaching children and communication skills at TAFE with
adolescents and adults, spanning more than twenty years.
Since embracing NVC she has trained with Marshall Rosenberg, the founder of NVC and has actively participated in, assisted and facilitated a range of NVC trainings and practice groups.
An NVC consciousness now influences all areas of Paulette’s life, from how she raises her children to her interactions with friends, colleagues and the community in general.
Paulette is passionate about living and sharing NVC.
Creating a supportive and respectful learning environment, Paulette is sensitive to the needs of the group and those of the individual. She facilitates in a way that appeals to various learning styles including visual, auditory and kinaesthetic. Participants can expect a practical, experiential approach with opportunities for guided practice in applying the model in real life situations and developing skills in using NVC for their particular requirements.
She facilitates an open parent practice group in Byron Bay where parents can explore the application of NVC in all areas of their parenting.
