With over 20 years experience within organisations leading and coaching plus a love of the intimate mystery each of us is; I have a unique focus on bringing radical honesty and empathy into relationships and leadership. I've worked wholistically as a counsellor and an accredited therapist and been active with NVC since 2002. I enjoy sharing NVC in open foundation trainings and in-house trainings in service, education and health organisations. I also have a private practice for leadership, families and couples. My focus is on enabling growth, leadership, compassion and wisdom. From this many solutions are visible both personally and professionally.

I repeatedly experience and witness the incredible power of the NVC model turning seemingly stuck and impossible conversations into rich and enlivening clarity. It is my experience when we engage - listening deeply and expressing ourselves with honesty and empathy (such as NVC enables) we get to the place we want to go, even when we have no idea where to start or where we might go! As challenging as this can be, stepping into our issues, is a primary factor in creating rich and empowering relationships and deep inner peace. I see the honesty and empathy of adults in partnership, families and businesses as critical to a nonviolent peace filled global existence.

I consider the foundation of relationships and leadership to be connection to oneself. So much of my work encompasses this premise. I also see, like any leader or person in relationship, I am an ongoing student. I seek out participation in trainings globally and locally with others forging the leading edge.

I offer various training courses, mediation and private consultations, face to face and at times by telephone.
