This
course develops NVC skills & addresses specific issues in family life of
participants. It is highly experiential. Parents enjoy the nourishment,
support and ongoing training provided by this five week format. The course
incorporates approaches to specific parenting issues, consistent with NVC.
I specialise in creating a very safe and supportive learning environment, supporting participants individually, helping them overcoming blocks to their learning and encouraging them to explore their individual relationship with NVC.
I also support the work by including some aspects of Hakomi which deepen NVC by focusing on “felt sense” in the body. This helps develop skills in dealing with resentment, shame, grief and anger which create pain and obstruct compassion and provides a deep and fulfilling experience for participants. I also provide a psychological framework for understanding why NVC is so unique and powerful.
This workshop is suitable for people who have already attended a Foundation Training.
