This workshop offers a basic grounding in the principles and skills of
NVC. In delivering this training I use a wide range of experiential
processes to ensure that learning is suited to the participants’
individual learning styles.
I use a combination of exercises, power-point presentation, games, role
play, feature film extracts, documentary, music, movement, contemplative
practice and & body awareness to facilitate learning of the skills and
make the workshop enjoyable and relaxing.
Some basic training in NVC is a prerequisite for this course.
