day Workshop
This experiential workshop focuses on deepening the skills of empathically receiving. It is of particular relevance to those who are using NVC in some form of counselling role, whether as therapists, teachers, parents or partners in intimate relationships. The course develops finer distinctions and skills in tracking and contacting different levels of the present experience of others and working therapeutically with them.
I specialise in creating a very safe and supportive learning environment, supporting participants individually, helping them overcoming blocks to their learning and encouraging them to explore their individual relationship with NVC.
I also support the work by including some aspects of Hakomi which deepen NVC by focusing on “felt sense” in the body and provide a psychological framework for understanding why NVC is so unique and powerful.
This workshop is suitable for people who have already attended a Foundation Training.
